If you’re wanting to show your displeasure, don’t just tag staff or support. Take a page out of other consumer revolts and make sure your displeasure is known.
Don’t be an idiot. Do not threaten, harass or otherwise make this personal. Contact these companies, make your displeasure known, alert them that you are a customer and you will be leaving their brand across all boards unless they reverse their decision.
Be clear, be concise, be polite, but make your displeasure known.
this kitten weighs over 5 pounds already and he’s only 14 weeks old. He’s half the size of an adult cat and he hasn’t even lost his baby teeth yet
He is now 16 weeks old and over 6 pounds. Kittens are supposed to be half their adult weight at 5-6 months, and he is barely 4 months old. What the fuck.
Now at 22 weeks, 5 months old, half his adult weight, this baby is 10 pounds,,,
30 WEEKS. 7 MONTHS.
14 POUNDS.
THAT IS TWICE THE AVERAGE WEIGHT OF A CAT HIS AGE. THE GIRLS IN HIS LITTER ARE ONLY LIKE 8 POUNDS WHY IS HE SO HUGE
Hello it is Time for Another Update!!!
It is June 18th, 2018. Half-n-Half is now 10 months old. Last I weighed him (like 2 weeks ago?) he was over 15 pounds, but he’s not gaining weight as rapidly anymore. Regardless, he’s still Big
In the sidebar where it says “Blogs,” click on the blog you want to back up.
You’ll see the page that lets you edit the appearance of the blog, etc. At the bottom, you should see a button that says “Export blog.” Click that.
Tumblr will now take a shitload of time to create the backup (hours, or maybe even days if your blog has a ton of media posts) but eventually it’ll send you a link to download the backup. You don’t have to keep your browser open for that time, by the way.
Once you’ve got the link, click it and download! It should give you a ZIP file with a folder of HTML files for the posts and a folder for the media files.
Tumblr’s new “Nipple policy” (see here: https://support.tumblr.com/post/180758979032/updates-to-tumblrs-community-guidelines) – the same type of super-hypocritical (and extremely sexist, because can anyone please explain to me, why a female nipple is more offensive than a male nipple? Why are male nipples still allowed?) policy that other platforms like Facebook, Instagram, YouTube etc… also have and that bans showing female nipples in artistic contexts – basically means the end of artistic nude photography on Tumblr. The end of hundreds if not thousands of artistic blogs. We are currently discussing whether there is any kind of honest and not hypocritical way of continuing our sister-blog https://pwsfineartnudes.tumblr.com/ – but quite frankly, I don’t see any. Not allowing porn is one thing. Censoring human body-parts and especially bodyparts of females while the male counterparts are allowed… yeah… we’re used to that from other platforms.
So… this is probably the end of one of the most natural things in the world: Nudity.
Because, quite frankly, I don’t see Tumblr backpaddling and allowing artistic nudes again. And even if… there is NO WAY how machines or “automatic upload controls” could determine whether something is an artistic nipple or a non-artistic nipple. How these machines will be able to control whether someone uploads a male or female nipple is highly doubtful anyway.
I am pretty sure that not even a human being could really safely say whether a photo of a nipple alone is an “allowed male” or a “forbidden female” nipple.
Please, Tumblr, stop claiming that you’re a place for artists when you’re not.
