‘Over the last months and weeks I have been watching and listening very carefully. I have so much admiration for everyone who has come forward and spoken up, and the movement of Time’s Up and #MeToo. I wanted to find a way to help, but I was very conscious of it not being necessarily my story. First thing that I felt was important to do very actively was to listen, to read, to hear, so that women could tell their stories… and begin to talk about how we might change the environment. There are many stories I’ve heard that are surprising, and things I’ve never quite fully understood.’
