That memorial you just posted is mislabeled: it’s the Stone Flower by Bogdan Bogdanović, and is the memorial to the people killed at the Jasenovac concentration camp. “Spomenik” just means “monument” or “memorial” in Serbian and Croatian, so “Spomenik Memorial” makes no sense. archatlas: I understand, but I also understand that they call the collection of these artworks the Spomenik Monuments or Memorials outside of the countries that made the former Yugoslavia.
